Bias cut royal blue velvet 1930's gown with hand embroidered rose monte bird design. Hundreds of hand set rhinestones are hand applied in varying shades to form the coloration for the bird of Paradise.
Velvet is gathered at waist front and skirt back for fullness. There is quite alot of give in the gown due to the bias cut so it can worn from Small to Medium.
