Oversized Victorian sterling bookmark with etched florals patterns from the late 19th Century (1885). Beautiful heavy gauge silver with flower blossoms, leaves and a pair of conjoined animal heads near the hole at the top which would have probably held a silk ribbon for easy access. Produced by in the USA by Dominick and Haff and retailed by Theodore B. Starr. 8.5" x 2". Excellent condition.
